Drastically reduced rent for charming 1 bedroom bsmt apartment suite. In a quite safe home in Brampton in exchange for house hold duties. (e.g: weekly house cleaning, meal prep and laundry). 2 -3 hrs per day, 5 days a week (Flexible based on mutual agreement). My husband and I live on the main and upper levels. We are semi retired professionals who winter part of the time in Florida and travel frequently throughout the year. We have two friendly cats that will need to be taken care of when we travel. This is ideal for someone who is tidy trustworthy and looking for a unique arrangement. Retirees, new comers, or mature students welcome. This may also suite a couple, as there is a 2nd bedroom available. The rent would be slightly increased to $600 per month for two people which would include snow shoveling and gardening.
