Available April 1st, I have one unfurnished, private room for rent on the 2nd floor of a house located in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood. The home is LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly. There is only room for one person, not a couple. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself and one dog. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house; however, the deck is only for the tenants on the 1st floor. The garden is available for use.

Rent includes TV/internet and parking if needed. Hydro is separate.

About me: I'm a 33-year-old woman living with my 7-year-old, medium-sized dog and I'm looking for a roommate with whom I can get along and be friends with. I have a queer/poly lifestyle and enjoy having guests over, but not excessively. I am pretty clean and work from home Mon-Fri from 9-5 pm. I'm also usually at home otherwise but will go out a few nights during the week/weekends.
