coffee after a meal with friends or a quiet place to read. With two sofas, and
comfortable chairs, it's a great space for your personal use. Available August
1st. The rent at $1,100 per month includes all utilities, including high speed
wifi. First and last month and 1 year lease is required. A reliable credit
reference is necessary. As the facilities are shared females are preferred. This
is a smoke free, respectful and quiet home. The landlady lives in the basement
