I'm looking to sublet my large room (15 x15) in a beautiful shared Annex home at Spadina and Bloor. The Landlords will be selling the house and I'm moving June 1st.
The bedroom comes with a futon and closet space. House is mostly furnished (I will be taking some things when I move out). House has an enclosed backyard with trees, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an epic rooftop balcony, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room, dining room, and bike storage options. Subway is a five minute walk away. $1500 rent includes all utilities, onsite laundry along with unlimited wifi. There are three other women in their early - mid 30's sharing the home.
