women. The shared main floor is open concept with a living room, dining room and
kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stacked laundry, dishwasher, cafe
fridge, stand up freezer, gas stove, and microwave. The dining room hutch has
dinner service for 8 for use on the oak dining room table. The living room area
has two sofas and chair for a relaxed read or chat with friends. SEPTEMBER 1st
occupancy. Rent includes all utilities except wifi. First and last month
required. Verified Credit reference required. This is a quiet, non-smoking home
for women only. The landlady lives in the house in a separate unit.
