The front door offers keyless entry, through a shared cold room (perfect for storing a small bike and shoes).There is a private entrance in the back.

The basement is sound insulated, to reduce noise transfer between floors. Triple pane window and light blocking curtains help make a quiet private space.

Appliances include a full-sized oven, fridge, dishwasher, front loader washing machine, and dryer. Also included are a robot vacuum, dehumidifier, Keurig machine, microwave, and toaster
