Hi I am a women in her early 30's renting one room in the top floor of my house.
I am looking for one more female roommate. In the house will be three woman in
total. No pets is preferred but cats are ok. You can rent the room for 1,300.
All utilities included. There are no parking spots available on the property
however street permit parking are available through the city. The house is near
Keele station so there is some noise from the subway trains. This location is
about 5mins walk from High Park, the Bloor UP station and a bunch of beautiful
walkable neighbourhoods including Roncesvalles, Bloor West, the
Junction,Junction Triangle and Bloordale. There will be a roommate agreement
that is month to month with 60 days notice.
