The apartment is located near Broadview and danforth. It is a two bedroom
apartment with a large house kitchen double the size of a condo apartment. The
kitchen and the first bedroom is on the main floor of the house. The rental unit
consist of two large rooms on the main floor plus the basement apartment. New
appliances including washer dryer, newly painted walls and private entrance from
the backyard to the apartment.
Heat and gas are included in the
rent. However water and electricity is not included. The apartment has its own
electrical meter. The water will be shared with the landlord. The landlord
receives the water bill every three months, which is usually over $300. The rent
is below market rate for a two bedroom apartment.
This apartment is
larger than a two bedroom condominium. There is parking on the street. Pets are
allowed.
