- The apartment is clean, bright, spacious, and comes fully furnished with ample storage. It is west-facing and has big windows so you get plenty of sunlight from noon and amazing sunset views.
- It is in a safe, peaceful, and beautiful neighbourhood.
- The living room has a couch, an open cupboard, two desks, and coffee tables.
- The kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage space, along with a dining table and 4 chairs.
- The bedroom is big and comes with your own bed, mattress, and night stand. The wall closet, cupboard, and dresser will be shared with me.
- The rent includes wifi and all utilities.
- There is a coin laundry in the building.
- This place is very close to Kennedy Station and there is a bus stop only 1-minute walk away from the building.
- The apartment has heating but no air conditioning.
- There's Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Giant Tiger, Shopper's Drug Mart, and No Frills at close walking distance.
- The place is also very close to lots of parks and green spaces. So, going for a walk can be easy, convenient, and refreshing.
About me:
I am a working professional. I like to keep the place clean and tidy. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, or solve jigsaw puzzles.
