I am a female looking for a female roommate to share my apartment. Non smoker or vaper and pet free. The bedroom is fully furnished with a brand new mattress and move in ready for your comfort. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. My home is spotless and I take pride in keeping it that way.
The building is a low rise on a quiet street. The unit is on the fourth floor with no elevator. There is new laundry equipment in the basement. Permit parking is available on the street. TTC bus on Broadview is a 30-second walk and the subway is about a 12-minute walk. The closest intersection is Broadview & Cosburn.
I love to cook, so the kitchen is fully equipped. I live a very active and busy lifestyle. I am up early each day for yoga and nature walks and I am in bed no later than 10 pm. This is a quiet home, not a party space. Cleanliness and respect for shared spaces are important.
I am looking for a respectful, clean, and considerate flatmate who is either working or in school and has a similar lifestyle.
Monthly rent is $1200 all inclusive of utilities, including WiFi and filtered water system. First and last month’s rent required.
