Beginning September 2026, three rooms will be available for female UTSC and
Centennial students at a competitive rate.
The residence and its
facilities are shared with other female UTSC students, fostering a respectful
and academically focused living environment.
Our offerings include a

experience. Residents will enjoy the convenience of access to laundry
facilities, heating, hydro, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, all
seamlessly integrated into the rental package.
It's important to note
that, in consideration of the living environment, no pets are allowed on the
premises.
