Furnished or unfurnished — happy to arrange either depending on your preference (350 extra for furnished, details below)
Lease until: April 2027, with the possibility to continue month-to-month afterward

I'm also flexible with the exact move-in date, ideally November 1st but can be a week or two earlier.

I've really enjoyed the location and convenience of living here, but I'm looking to move and transfer the remainder of my lease as I'm moving in with my partner.
