Hello! We are two nerds and one artist looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible, as our current roommate has to move for an immediate opportunity. This unit is on the second floor of a building with the lower floor being a commercial space, with a large common space and wildly different sized bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer across the street. The unit is approximately L 10' W 10'' H 8'10'. The bedroom comes with a built in closet, and a desk, if you want, if you don’t want we can get rid of the desk. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies.
We are close to University of Toronto’s downtown campus, Kensington Market, and Trinity Bellwoods Park.
We are close to a Food Basics and are a bit south of a 24 hour Metro grocery store.
Apartment has air conditioning.
