DUPONT-DUFFERIN


This three bedroom apartment is on the second and third floors of our semi-detached house. There is one small bathroom, a galley kitchen, a west facing deck and a washer and dryer.

We are a family of 3 (one parent and two kids under 10) who are keen to find friendly, conscientious and responsible tenants to live above us. The house is located on a residential street with a bicycle lane, and is walking distance to Bloor and St. Clair. There is a parkette at the end of the street and a larger park 4 blocks away. It is near Dupont, Dufferin and Ossington buses, and is a 15minute walk to Dufferin station. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and post office 5 mins walk away.

This home was built in 1905 and the second floor of this apartment has been renovated. The top floor remains original and has an incline in the floor and ceiling. Attention to taller people: the ceiling height in the bedrooms is just below 6 feet.

We live in the downstairs apartment and the entry to your apartment is through a shared hallway. Being an old home, loud noise can travel so consideration of others is necessary. Families are welcome. I prefer a maximum of two adults in the apartment.


Additional details:
- Paid on-street parking is available.
- There are air conditioning units in the third floor bedrooms (which can get quite warm in spring/summer).
- There is a cable installed for setting up a wifi account.
- There is a closet on each floor, and a wardrobe in the large bedroom.

- The apartment can be partially furnished.

- One well behaved cat or dog will be considered.

References and letters of employment will be required.
