Kitchen with stainless steel appliances (note: first floor apartment has
stove top only, no oven), hardwood floors, spacious separate living room. First floor apartment has bay window alcove. High ceilings
throughout, wall air conditioner in living room, bedroom fits a double bed.
Second floor apartment has open concept bedroom (curtain may be installed).
One small, well behaved pet may be permitted on approval. Working students
welcome, first and last months rent and credit reference required.
