It's near tons of nice little restaurants. There are two local cafes at the corner. There are five major grocery stores and two affordable fruit markets within a 10 minutes walk.

There is no gas in the house and so no exposure to unhealthy combustion or risk of carbon monoxide exposure. There are brand new AC DC central alert smoke alarms in each room, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.
