We are temporarily working overseas and are looking to rent our cute home while away. The place is ideal for a single person or a couple.
It is a bright space overlooking the park. Both the den and bedroom have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and is wonderful for anyone working from home. The apartment is on the ninth floor of a nice condo building downtown between St. Lawrence Market and The Distillery. Steps to the shops and cafes. 15min walking to Union & King subways, 8min to Queens Quay and the lake, 7min to St. Lawrence Market, 6min to The Distillery. Kitchen utensils, sheets, blankets, towels and all furniture provided. Rent includes all utilities: water, electricity, heating, air conditioning and internet. There is a new washer/dryer in the apartment and the kitchen was just updated last year.
Rent is $2150/month.
The building doesn’t have a parking spot, but you can rent a monthly space at a nearby building if necessary, and if a spot is available. Street parking is paid Green-P parking.
There is a gym in the building for you to use.
The photo of the bathroom shows our old laundry machines, but we included a separate photo of the brand new ones – both are Bosch front-loaders.
This is a strictly no smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are also not allowed since we’re both allergic (though we love them!)
