I'm looking for a roommate who is:
• 50 years of age or older
• Employed full-time (the apartment is best suited to someone who works outside the home)
• Quiet, respectful, tidy, and independent
• Friendly and enjoys the occasional meal or conversation while also respecting each other's privacy
• Comfortable with maintaining a peaceful home, including keeping overnight guests to a minimum (this isn't a home that's suited to overnight visitors)

I'm a mature woman working in the healthcare field. I enjoy cooking, sewing, and spending my days off tackling creative projects around the apartment. I value a calm, comfortable home and am looking for someone who shares that appreciation and is considerate of shared living.
