Near Trinity Bellwoods, between Queen and Dundas West. Lots to do around the neighbourhood, but the house is on a quiet street.
DATE AVAILABLE:
This housing is available beginning April 1st, ideally for long term (12 month +)
RENT/PRICE
$1140 per month plus utilities.
(Wifi is around $20 each, hydro is around $30 each, gas bill ranges quite drastically between the warm and cold months so is anywhere from like $10-80 each, summer being cheaper. We also pay renters insurance for $7 each.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Credit score, Notice of Assessment, letter of employment & proof of income, guarantor if applicable, reference letter from current landlord or roommate.
Our landlord is nice and responsive. She prefers long term roommates and you'll be added to the least with everybody else.
ABOUT US:
4 roommates looking for a fifth! We are all creatives. Inna is a wedding photographer, Ady is a makeup artist in film, Elliot is a freelance illustrator, and Bailey works in costuming.
This is a queer-safe and friendly, positive space. We do our best to have open communication; There is a roommate group chat for everyday things and we also will have the occasional roommate meeting.
