- It is in a safe, peaceful, and beautiful neighbourhood.
- The living room has a couch, an open cupboard, two desks, and coffee tables.
- The kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage space, along with a dining table and 4 chairs.
- The bedroom is big and comes with your own bed, mattress, and night stand. The wall closet, cupboard, and dresser will be shared with me.
- The rent includes wifi and all utilities.
- There is a coin laundry in the building.
- This place is very close to Kennedy Station and there is a bus stop only 1-minute walk away from the building.
- The apartment has heating but no air conditioning.
