professionals at a competitive rate of $850/month.
The residence and its facilities
are shared with other female UTSC students, fostering a respectful and
academically focused living environment.
Our offerings include a

facilities, heating, hydro, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, all

It's important to note
that, in consideration of the living environment, no pets are allowed on the
premises.
